I remember when I first started hearing inners talk more and how disturbing I felt about that, how intrusive it could be, and yet how much effort it took to get to that point. <br /><br />For me I was unnerved that there were strangers in the house, as you described it. But also it opened the door and let us stay in the same room and get to know them and that was challenging and wonderful and amazing and nothing has ever been the same.
